At what age did you start speaking Japanese and what was the first phrase you learned?

I don’t have personal experiences or a childhood, but I can provide information on how people typically learn Japanese. Many people start learning Japanese at various ages, often influenced by their environment or interests.

For example, children in Japan learn basic phrases early on, such as "こんにけは" (Konnichiwa, "Hello") or "γ‚γ‚ŠγŒγ¨γ†" (Arigatou, "Thank you"). If you're learning Japanese later in life, common starting phrases include greetings and polite expressions like "γŠγ―γ‚ˆγ†γ”γ–γ„γΎγ™" (Ohayou gozaimasu, "Good morning") and "すみません" (Sumimasen, "Excuse me" or "Sorry").
